My Story

 With 11 years of experience as a physical therapist in an orthopedic setting, I have treated a variety of conditions.  My journey into specializing as a pelvic floor physical therapist began with motherhood. After 3+ years of infertility testing and treatments, I gave birth to my first child. The next season brought both the indescribable joy of motherhood as well as plentiful postpartum issues. Over the next few years I have been blessed with 3 more pregnancies and healthy babies. Let’s just say my body has never been the same! My early motherhood years have involved trying to heal from various prolapsed organs, diastasis recti, embarrassing incontinence, and confusing digestive issues. While this journey has been anything but easy, it has led me to meet amazing people in my profession, learn so much more about the incredible female body, and become increasingly passionate about helping other women through these inevitable challenges of life.
